NIGGRO COUNCILWOMAN OF FERGUSON FOR SALE-AND SOLD

The Post Dispatch, StlToday has reported, since Ferguson Councilwoman Ella Jones is clever, worked her way up, built allies and through that process got elected. Moreover, because she is African American we should not file for recall of her election.

What the Post do not elaborate about is how Ella hoodwinked the African American community of Ferguson. During her campaign she was hand picked by a family member of Ferguson mayor James Knowles. She built relationships and accumulated allies with his regime to be a political operator with a black face to give an illusion-false impression of being a voice for the voiceless, African Americans of Ferguson. However, as the world was watching and Ella was elected as councilwoman, people was satisfied that now, Ferguson council had another African American member. But Ella, coupled together with the appointment of being a handpicked puppet, knew, the only thing on her agenda was to sever the regime of people "Ferguson Officials' the Department of Justice "DOJ" criticized about violating the rights of African Americans.

Ella main platform was to bring "new leadership to Ferguson" but how she figured she could bring new leadership being a handpicked puppet of the old regime.

Months after the killing of Mike Brown by a Ferguson police officer, the U.S. Department of Justice painted a damning picture of Ferguson city law enforcement as racially biased and revenue-focused against African Americans. Ferguson’s municipal court judge, city manager, court clerk and police chief resigned in the course of three days after the DOJ released these findings. During the time of the DOJ investigations into the City of Ferguson, the races for three open seats on Ferguson City Council was getting unprecedented coverage. The big question may be why. Why — after months of being in the red-hot glare of the national and international media in the aftermath of the police shooting of Mike Brown — would Ella decide to run for a seats on the beleaguered Ferguson City Council, all for a part-time job that pays $250 a month?

Ferguson is roughly two-thirds black; at the time, one of the six council members was black, which had prompted major criticism after Brown was shot and killed by then-Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. Ella, a Ferguson resident for decades was not into the street protest movement that came with the killing of Mike Brown. For months, protest groups had demanded new leadership in Ferguson They said they wanted to see the racial makeup of city leaders better represent the community. Protesters and residents of Ferguson felt if elected, black council members like Ella might make life difficult for James Knowles, the mayor who has been pushed to the brink of quitting by African-American criticism of his police force.

Was Ella that change to the City of Ferguson Council that the world was expecting.

Ex-Ferguson Mayor: Brian Fletcher who had also won a seat as one of Ferguson newest Council member went on record several times saying "'We" Want Our City Back' whoever "we" was, he was referring to. But what makes it particularly apparent that Fletcher wasn't referring to African Americans is because he typically referred to them as "them people" and the African American community of Ferguson did not support him.

Ferguson Missouri Council Member "Ella Jones" Turns Her Back On Town Blacks Now Ask For Their Vote

After Turning her back on Town Blacks Ella Jones Councilwoman of Ferguson Missouri ask town blacks to vote for her as she runs for mayor in upcoming election April 2017!

Tweet me @Doge4ferguson FergusonActivist

Something that's so fundamental in our legal system that most white people is guaranteed, the United States of America had to file a lawsuit against the City of Ferguson Missouri in hopes of making the City Council Memebers extend those fundamental rights to African Americans. Among all things, the Department of Justice wanted to assure that the City of Ferguson would not jail them just because they are poor or to generate revenue.

The national spotlight on Ferguson began after the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson in August 2014. Brown, who was unarmed, was black, and Wilson is white. Brown's death prompted days of protests and riots in Ferguson and a national conversation about the role of race in police interactions with citizens and prompt an investigation into Ferguson Police Department and Municipal Court system. Protesters and activists took to the streets day and night protesting in hopes of change.

WHAT CHANGE APPEARED TO LOOK LIKE WITH AN UPCOMING ELECTION

It appeared, April 08, 2015, with an upcoming council election change was coming to the City of Ferguson, adding more blacks to City Council. After months of turmoil and upheaval, months of frustration and anger, the beleaguered city has a new governing board. And it looks very different than the old one. Buoyed by a higher-than-normal 30% turnout, two African-American candidates won their wards to make the six-member City Council 50% black. Ferguson's population of about 21,000 is 70% black, but the City Council was predominantly white, as is the police force. After months of door knocking, activists helping to get one of the newest council members, Ella Jones in office, they questioned, “who side are you own my friend”. Activist and protesters had been advocating “they wanted change” in the City of Ferguson. But after a long length of time it was revealed that Ella, was not for change, she was handpicked by Brian Fletcher.

Brian Fletcher has served within the City of Ferguson either as Council Member or Mayor for over the last twenty years. In a Stltoday article posted by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Ella, in a council meeting explains how she was handpicked by Brian Fletcher. http://m.stltoday.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/in-ferguson-overflow-crowd-keeps-residents-from-meeting-to-weigh/article_0b786b15-7925-56ca-b22e-eadb23c445eb.html?mobile_touch=true (scroll down to bottom of article, press play and listen to the recording of the Ferguson Council meeting)

In a statement Ella made after winning office she tells: "For some people, it means hope. Some people, it means a new face for Ferguson. And for some people, it means that it's time for us to get together and do the work we need to do to build our city." The only thing missing is that, when she said “some people” she knew that "some people" didn’t include African Americans.  In other words, the African American community of Ferguson, never stood a chance in hopes of Ella Jones bringing change for them!
Hi

After a Justice Department investigation report last year found the Ferguson Police Department had discriminated against African-Americans, targeting them disproportionately for traffic stops, and use of force was routine, and jail sentences towards them were egregious, encouraged by the City in the interest of raising revenue and were driven, at least in part, by racial bias. The DOJ and Ferguson City Officials, after several months of negotiations agreed upon an consent decree.

Ella Jones, coupled with Ferguson other black City Council Members rejected the consent decree approved by their own negotiators,” making the DOJ file legal proceeding. In a news conference Loretta Lynch referenced the Justice Department investigation that began shortly after the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown. It “uncovered a community in distress, in which residents felt under assault by their own police force,” she said. She said the police department’s violations were expansive, deliberate, egregious and routine. The lawsuit mirrors a 105-page report the Justice Department published in March, detailing patterns in the police department of illegal stops, searches, and arrests, driven partly by racial bias. City leaders encouraged the abuses, which violated the First, Fourth and 14th Amendments, in the interest of raising revenue, Lynch said.

While the City of Ferguson Missouri officials and Councilwoman Ella Jones continue to support their on agenda, we will continue to fight in search for a town mayor that can serve for all the people of Ferguson.

We can't let Ella Jones become Ferguson's black mayor because people would then think everything is okay! In other words, they will be saying "what else you want, you have a black mayor." And Ella Jones is not for the blacks of Ferguson. Can you click this link and help me get the word out? Yes I'll chip in: Click

Black Lives Matter Activists demand release of all body cam video and justice for Amonderez P. Green on anniversery date of no indictment of Darren Wilson

#OccupyFerguson PD Tuesday, November 24, 2015 @6pm

Amonderez Green, 18, died early Thursday after a confrontation with a Normandy police officer Ferguson Protesters-Black Lives Matter Activists demand release of all Ferguson's police department video-cam footage and justice for Amonderez P. Green. The entire event was likely caught on video by body cameras, but local officials are refusing to release the footage. Ferguson Police claims Green fatally shot himself during a shoot out with officers near Ferguson MO. But his father claims reports of suicide are a lie. In a scene all too similar to the police shooting of 18-year-old Mike Brown in Ferguson MO, dozens of people saw the shooting unfold.

Police say Green and officers exchanged gunfire but either was struck. They say Green after exchanging gunfire ran a short distance then shot himself. Green also was black, the officer, a 12-year veteran of the department, is white,  he is on paid leave. Green's father, Jermell Simpson, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that reports of suicide are a total lie. Videos posted to YouTube and other social media sites also questioned the police account of suicide, with some witness claiming Ferguson police officer shot Green.
http://fox2now.com/2015/11/19/body-camera-video-shows-moments-after-police-say-normandy-teen-shoots-self/

All eye-witness accounts of what happened to Green point to murder. We need the cam footage of the shooting in order to hold law enforcement accountable for this brutal violence. Time and time again, we've seen what happens when local officials are able to keep this type of key information from family members and the public. The longer videos are kept secret the easier it is for police to doctor the footage or alter their stories to fit what's caught on camera instead of what actually happened. Although Ferguson MO police have released edited partial video to support their conclusions  https://youtu.be/P1I7qxpjybM this is not enough when they have the entire footage on tape. We need full transparency and public accountability or else we will never be able to end the racist culture of corruption and violence that leads to these tragedies. We need answers now!

Ferguson Police released this second video November 19, 2015 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lsWbBWUPzM&sns=em If Green shot himself in the head like Ferguson Police alleged, why is the gun 200 feet away from Green's body?

Now, it's time for us to help turn up the pressure to get Green family the answers they deserve. Enough is enough, join us November 24, 2015 at 6 p.m, in Ferguson MO, in front of the Ferguson police department. The anniversary date of the no indictment of Darren Wilson, the Ferguson cop that murdered Mike Brown, we will demand the unedited version of the cam footage. They must hear us, and together we can make it so.

But I'll be frank, we need you with us and your help. We've got to build up as much power as we possibly can.  This is a call for every single activist who stands up for justice.

#OccupyFerguson PD anniversary of the no indictment of Darren Wilson November 24, 2015 at the Ferguson police station at 6pm.

Days away from victory

Ushering in reforms in the City of Ferguson with most City officials resigning. We are just steps away from wholesale  corrective action holding the last duet of the remaining City officials of the corrupt regime accountable. Ferguson City Prosecutor Stephanie Karr and Mayor James Knowles.

Attorney General Eric Holder said "some of the protesters was right" after a Department of Justice Report (DOJ) revealed a pattern of racial bias by the City of Ferguson officials. http://time.com/3732227/eric-holder-ferguson-law-enforcement/

In Ferguson Missouri with the recall of Mayor James Knowles, pending in Court and the Bar Complaint against City prosecutor Stephanie Karr https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/d07152de-5d83-459a-9966-c6eaa184c291 and all of the issues we care about depends on our ability to show that we, Americans that care about—and are ready to fight for—real, lasting change.

But I'll be frank, we need you with us and your help.

We've got to build up as much power as we possibly can. Every single activist who proudly stands up for justice and equality brings us closer to where we need to be.

We need to demand our Court protect our recall petition and sustain the recall of Mayor Knowles-demand that our lawmakers hold Ferguson City Prosecutor Stephanie Karr accountable and ensure justice thrives for all. Until they do, we need to hold them accountable by keeping the momentum alive here in Ferguson Missouri.

They must hear us, and together we can make it so.

NOT ONE DIME 2015

LETS KEEP APPLYING THE PRESSURE - RECALL FERGUSON MAYOR 2015 -NOT ONE DIME -NO MORE FERGUSON COLLECTING ON BLACKTAX

While the City of Ferguson Missouri officials - Counsel members continue to promote their on agendas, not a single one has expressed strong support of the Department of Justice (DOJ) or to protect the rights of the registered voters in Ferguson and their rights to sign the recall petition of Mayor James Knowles.  A public office is a public trust;' solely for the good of the public, the people of Ferguson have express they have no trust in the office of Mayor.

We have been outraged by the fact that with new elected Counsel members in Ferguson that they would standby and watch the injustice all to save one person, Mayor James Knowles. "[I]nitiative, referendum and recall are rights reserved by the people, and as such are to be construed to make effective the reservation of power by the people." State ex rel. Ferro v. Oellermann, 458 S.W.2d 583, 586 (Mo. App.1970). Whether City officials agree or not with the recall, their constituents signed the petition and counsel members should have worked hard to assure that the people they represent has a voice.

We are currently still in court over the recall petition. Soon we will be filing for summary judgment over hundreds of valid signatures that the City of Ferguson and the Missouri Election Board tried to invalidate. Summary Judgment: A request for a decision by a court of the matters submitted to it, based upon legal arguments only, where no material facts are in dispute.

We "US" have the impact needed to demand and protect the people of Ferguson vote as they signed the recalled petition, and ensure justice is served by recalling Ferguson Mayor James Knowles.

This summer, we marched for Justice. We rallied, and we made our voices heard - our journey for justice must continue. We've got to make sure they still hear our call that our lives, and our votes matter. Help us apply the pressure needed.

We really need your help today in order to see this through to the end.  Can you CLICK this link and chip in? Yes I'll chip in.

Journey for Justice

In our journey for justice - moving Ferguson Forward and recall of Ferguson mayor James Knowles.

We've protested and occupied streets, but not avenues with homes. We paved the way for ambulances and even apologized to other citizens and police, by making them work all night while hostile residents yelled out slurs pointing their fingers at us. These acts drew the attention of the world.

All citizens should have the rights to speak and voice their signature in a recall petition. Initiative, referendum and recall are rights reserved by the people, and as such are to be construed to make effective the reservation of power by the people. State ex rel. Voss v. Davis, Mo., 418 S.W.2d 163.

These rights can no way be thwarted by the act of a single individual, "the City of Ferguson Clerk." State ex rel. Ferro v. Oellermann, 458 S.W.2d 583 (Invalidating actual signatures in hopes of hindering the recall process of Ferguson mayor James Knowles.)

We need your support to keep our effort moving forward in recalling-ousting Ferguson mayor can you CLICK this link and chip in?

The effort has been incredibly inspiring so far—people of all ages, colors, faiths, have been protesting at Ferguson City hall with heat indexes well above 100 degrees hand in hand in the name of justice demanding the recall of Ferguson mayor.

And no matter the obstacle, we're protesting with our heads held high because we know we are on the right side of justice. We're on the right side of history, and we will not be silenced. #OurSignaturesMatter

We really need your help today in order to see this through to the end.  Can you CLICK this link and chip in? Yes I'll chip in.

Recalling Ferguson Warrants Is Not Enough

All Ferguson Tickets Should Be Abolished

Ferguson is painting a false picture as if they are trying to gain trust in the community with the recall of arrest warrants-court order issued by City of Ferguson Judge attached.

Before the City of Ferguson took the initiative to recall warrants other towns had already started. Kirkwood MO. http://www.kirkwoodmo.org/mm/files/MunicipalCourt/2015%20Documents/Municipal%20Court%20Warrant%20Recall%20Notice%20August%202015.pdf to be in compliance with Missouri New State Law, Senate Bill, that's takes effect August 28, 2015.

As of today, the City of Jennings Missouri, has agreed to abolish ticket m.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/city-of-jennings-settles-with-civil-rights-lawyers-on-major/article_480a7d9d-6006-5efc-8521-02ec0d0d3743.html?mobile_touch=true in parallel with the new Senate Bill.

After the unrest in Ferguson 2014, the City of St. Louis, Missouri abolished tickets. http://m.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/st-louis-to-forgive-about-warrants-for-nonviolent-municipal-offenses/article_7f9dbef3-7409-5e81-ae28-3c79faa8b147.html?mobile_touch=true Forgiving these ticket was a way for them to try and regain trust in the community.

Ferguson Missouri is the center of attention here. According to the Department of Justice, Ferguson Court Clerk, Prosecutor (Stephanie Karr), Judge and Mayor was involved in voiding tickets for each other and their family and friends. http://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf

Prosecutor Stephanie Karr, was even accused of misconduct, http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/7707802 and is still working for the City of Ferguson after others accused resigned.

The DOJ Ferguson Report also pointed out that the City of Ferguson was bias among African Americans and violating their constitutional right. Giving them tickets for things such as "talking back." "Talking Back To Police." http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/03/05/us/us-calls-on-ferguson-to-overhaul-criminal-justice-system.html?referrer=&_r=0 As President Obama said: "we don't need a Ferguson report to see that." https://m.youtube.com/watchv=FLqLWBdZIVU&feature=youtu.be

Like the City of Jennings and St. Louis City, Mo, these tickets not only need to be recalled, but abolished. This would be a step in the right direction for leaders of Ferguson!

Ferguson officials have a track record of voiding-abolishing tickets for themselves, family and friends. But, when it comes to the poor people of Ferguson who has received tickets though way of the predator type of law enforcement in Ferguson, Ferguson feels those people are criminal and should be held accountable. Unlike their family and friend who received legitimate tickets and wasn't prayed upon.

The final steps in the right direction world be to give the boot to the final regime of the predators in the Ferguson DOJ Report, Prosecutor, Stephanie Karr and Mayor, James Knowles. Can you chip in to help our effort in Ferguson Missouri Mayor recall process. We have a pending lawsuit in court asking the court to order the City of Ferguson to certify our recall petition. Yes, I'll chip in
